SPE-LED 4050 110V Screen Printing Exposure Unit. This machine is mainly used for screen printing, pad printing plate, hot stamping plate and so on. Built-in six LED special UV Printer Lamp Tube.
Effective printing area of 4050cm. 1:This machine built-in six LED special UV print lamp tube, each power 12W, normal use of more than 50,000 hours. 2:Effective printing area of 4050cm. 3:The machine is equipped with 8mm toughened glass plate, good weight resistance and friction resistance. Once the glass is broken, the glass fragments are in the state of no sharp Angle, to ensure the safety of users. 4:Adopt the simple and convenient countdown timer to set the printing time. When the exposure time reaches, the machine shuts off the lamp tube automatically. 5:Timer with automatic memory function, set once, no matter the switch host times, timing is permanently saved. 6:According to the weight of the screen frame, spring tension can be adjusted by the basket screws to achieve balance;The machine is equipped with 30406cm high density elastic sponge, used to flatten the film more tightly.Flat weight is placed on the sponge to effectively improve the quality of printing plate. 7:Equipped with shading cloth, covering the whole upper part of the machine when printing plate, effectively shielding the operator's eyes from ultraviolet damage.
Different brands of photosensitive adhesive need different exposure time, the operator needs to use the photosensitive adhesive before the machine exposure experiment to determine the best exposure time.
