The Mini-PrinterT is an industrial screen-printing machine made for precision, Flat or 3-dimensional parts printing. All motions and adjustments are precise, repeatable and well controlled making it the perfect machine for industrial part printing and coating as well as research and development operations.

Adjust the screen location, not the part. Registration adjustments on the Mini-printerT are made by moving the screen rather than the part. This unique arrangement is faster and more intuitive to the operator while facilitating the addition of additional automation such as an indexing table and automated fixturing. The Mini-printerT registration controls employ a super precise zero-backlash design with no mechanical locking required. The dial indicators show exact screen position in increments of. Of course, the PLC and valve bank on the Mini-Printer have plenty of IO and capacity to easily adapt for future applications.

We cannot predict the future; however, we can help you prepare for the future. The print head on the Mini-PrinterT slides perfectly vertical on two hardened steel shafts. The print head and screen are kept horizontal so the ink does not run into the open areas of the screen during part loading as it does with machines with a clam-shell design. In this ideal configuration, adjustments for off-contact are fast, and precise without any loss of registration. The Mini-Printer is standard equipped with two pneumatically powered screen locating clamps which engage stainless steel bushings in the screen frame.

When the image is precisely located to the screen, the screen and image are located to your part with the touch of a button. The heavy-duty framework is constructed of 2-inch by 2-inch tubular steel with a durable powder-coated finish. The table top of the Mini-printer is of 13mm thick, Blanchard ground aluminum. An array of 6mm threaded holes is provided for mounting the vacuum table or part fixtures.

Vertical head movement is on four precision 30mm diameter, linear bearings. Off contact adjustments are quickly made on the pneumatic version by turning a limited limit screw on the print head.

The squeegee and flood bar assembly travel on four 20mm precision linear bearings. The basic machine is pneumatically powered; however, single and double servo powered variants are also available for applications requiring extreme repeatability. The squeegee is independently pneumatically powered with digital pressure control set via the HMI.

The entire machine is and controlled via an industrial, programmable logic controller (PLC). The primary operator interface is via an 8-inch touch screen (HMI). Squeegee pressure is set digitally via the touch screen. A lockable, mechanical squeegee limit is also provided on the print cylinder. A six-position modular, pneumatic valve bank controls the squeegee and blood bar and powered screen locators.
