Emulsion coating machine can coat photosensitive liquid evenly on surface of steel plate or steel blade by the centrifugal effect caused by high-speed rotation. Equipped with speed-adjustable motor, you can adjust the rotation speed with the infinitely variable speed control knob, to control thickness of coating.
The machine adopts top safety observation window design. It can ensure the safety of the work and it is safe to observe coating process in order to meet the requirements of coating.
The machine is treated with static electricity spray process to ensure it is washable, corrosion resistant, acid and alkali resistant, rust resistant and durable. The red rubber strip can reduce vibration and noise, enhancing the stability. It is one of the important equipments in the process of plate-making and a necessary tool for making high quality plate.
