16"x16" Four Platform Flash Dryer 1600W. As the final equipment in screen printing, flash dryer play an important role. Based on the need of market and development of screen printing, our company R&D this new flash dryer. Its drying box could rotate in 360 degree, which is much helpful for quick drying during printing process and fully dried after printed process.

What's more, with its four drying platform, it's much convenient for drying process after printed. Besides, it could also work with the multicolor printer (need to remove one or two drying platforms), move the dryer to the top of the pallet, drying the ink for a while then press next color. This way will help to improve your working efficiency. Heating tubes adopts 1600w stainless steel heating tubes , can be used for more than 10000 hours normally.

With an aluminum plate on the top of the heating tube, help to improve thermal efficiency. Metal stand with universal locking casters, stable and easy move. Sturdy design with powder coated housing to prevent rust. With full set installation tools, test thermometer and installation instructions. The drying box can rotate in 360 degree and can be fixed at any position.

The temperature can be achieved by adjusting the height of the drying box. The drying head can be adjusted in 1.6 (4 cm) from up and down.

(Room temperature 24 C/75 F, Work environment without circulation wind). Distant from the platform to the bottom edge of drying box is 1 (3cm), temperature is 180c (374F). Distant from the platform to the bottom edge of drying box is 2 (5cm), temperature is 170c (356F). Distant from the platform to the bottom edge of drying box is 2.7 (7cm), temperature is 160c (320F). Move the heating tube to the top of the stainless steel platform, turn on the power start to work.

Place the thermometer in the middle of the platform and observe the number shown after 15 minutes. If the temperature number it too higher please lift up the dryer head in case to burn the object.
